Handyman - Malindi, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and we welcome applications from Indian nationals. English language skills are not required for this job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Install fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as requested by clients
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of properties by cleaning and organizing common areas
- Respond promptly to client requests for repairs or maintenance services
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Good knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
