Office Manager - Lahore, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Lahore. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and phones
- Process invoices and expenses for the office budget
- Oversee the work of administrative staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Act as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting principles
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
1800$ per month
