Contract Crane Operator

We are a construction company based in Lisbon, seeking a skilled and reliable Crane Operator to join our team on a contract basis. This position is perfect for someone without prior experience in the field, as we are willing to provide training and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate crane equipment to lift and move materials on construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment regularly
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors
- Keep detailed records of materials moved and hours worked

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator license or certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends if needed
