Facade Technician


We are in search of a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Porto. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of building facades. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1700$, without accommodation.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with facades and possess strong technical skills. As a Facade Technician, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that facades are properly maintained and repaired according to safety standards. You must also have the ability to work at heights and have a good understanding of building materials.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections on building facades and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Repair damaged or deteriorating facades using appropriate tools and techniques
- Install new facades according to specifications
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance on facades
- Keep accurate records of all work performed on building facades
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times while working at heights
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with building facades
- Strong technical skills in facade repair, installation, and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of facade materials and their uses
- Good communication skills
- Must have own visa for employment
