Office Manager

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks in our office in Almada. This includes managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in an office management role is preferred, but we are open to considering freshers with relevant skills. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Candidates must be proficient in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus). A biometric passport is required for this role.
