Part-time Office Manager
We are currently seeking a part-time Office Manager with experience and a passion for organization and efficiency to join our team in Almada. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and supporting the overall success of our company. This is an ideal position for students or individuals seeking part-time work with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with HR duties including onboarding new employees
- Support marketing efforts by updating social media platforms and coordinating events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Location: Almada, Portugal
