Office Manager
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Almada. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication within the office, and providing support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records
- Ensure smooth communication within the office through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Provide support to the team by assisting with various tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and research
- Manage employee schedules and track attendance
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: $1500 per month
City: Almada
This position is open to all nationalities. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit for employment in Almada. Freshers are also encouraged to apply but previous experience will be an added advantage.
