Senior Architect


We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in Esbjerg. As a senior member of our architectural team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from residential to commercial buildings. Your expertise and leadership skills will be key in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee architectural plans, including site analysis, building design, and construction documents
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors throughout all stages of the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve material selections and construction methods
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Conduct site visits to ensure the quality of workmanship meets design specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects is preferred
