Administrator in Odense, Denmark
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, letters)
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Support the HR department with onboarding procedures for new employees
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have a valid work permit for Denmark or be a Danish citizen/resident
