We are a leading solar energy company in Kolding, seeking to hire a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in solar panel installation, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar panels on residential and commercial properties
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of panels for maximum energy efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the solar panel system
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations within deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during installation process
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on rooftops or other elevated areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work at heights as necessary
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Solar Panel Installation or related field
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
