Junior QA Engineer

As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through testing and identifying any issues or bugs. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a passion for technology. You will work closely with our development team to understand the product specifications and develop test plans. You will also execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality and report any defects. This position does not require prior experience, but we are seeking candidates who have a basic understanding of software testing concepts and are eager to learn and grow in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development team to understand product specifications
- Develop test plans based on product requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality
- Identify, document, and report any defects found during testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues
- Ensure all bugs are resolved before release
- Continuously improve on testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium or JIRA
- Experience with web-based applications is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
