We are currently hiring for the role of Moderator to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our English-speaking community. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online forums and social media platforms to ensure appropriate content and behavior
- Engage with community members by responding to questions, comments, and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and develop strategies to enhance user experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on company policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Proactively identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and take appropriate actions to resolve them
- Provide support for events, promotions, and other community initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals online
- Previous experience in community management or moderation preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts professionally
