Moderator for Online Community in Moscow

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to oversee an online community based in Moscow. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and enforcing community guidelines, monitoring user activity, and responding to any issues or conflicts that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain impartial and unbiased in their decision-making. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes visa sponsorship for non-Russian nationals. This role is suitable for men who are fluent in both English and Russian.

As a Moderator, your primary role will be to maintain the overall health of the online community by ensuring that all members adhere to the established guidelines. This includes reviewing posts and comments for any violations, addressing user concerns or complaints, and taking appropriate action when necessary.

In addition to enforcing rules and regulations, you will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the community. This may involve creating engaging discussions or activities, promoting positive interactions between members, and addressing any issues related to discrimination or harassment.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You should be able to effectively communicate with diverse groups of individuals from different backgrounds while remaining professional at all times. Your strong attention to detail will also be essential as you monitor user activity and identify potential issues before they escalate.

As this is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available, we are looking for candidates who are committed to living and working in Moscow long-term. While no specific educational background is required for this role, previous experience as a moderator or community manager would be highly beneficial.

This job is suitable for men who are fluent in both English and Russian as you will need fluency in both languages to effectively communicate with community members. Please note that fluency in Malayalam or Arabic is not required for this position.
