Experienced Barista (Acre, Israel)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Make recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure high-quality standards are met for all beverages served
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Must have own valid visa to work in Israel
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends

We offer competitive compensation starting at 1600$ per month plus tips.
