Job Title: Formworker

A reputable construction company in Greenland is seeking skilled and dedicated Formworkers to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating, setting up, and dismantling the forms that hold concrete in place for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Create and set up formwork for concrete pours
- Pour and finish concrete according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth forms
- Ensure accuracy and quality of formwork placement
- Remove forms after concrete has set and clean work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in formwork construction
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
