Entry-Level Interpreter for International Conferences
As an entry-level interpreter for international conferences, you will be responsible for providing interpretation services for various events and conferences in Aarhus, Denmark. This position requires fluency in at least two languages, including English and Danish. You will be expected to accurately interpret speeches, presentations, and discussions in real-time, ensuring effective communication between participants from different linguistic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide simultaneous interpretation during conferences and events
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all interpretations
- Prepare for each event by researching relevant terminology and familiarizing yourself with the subject matter
- Collaborate with other interpreters to ensure smooth communication flow and consistency in interpretations
- Stay up-to-date with current events and topics related to the conference or event
- Adhere to ethical standards of confidentiality and impartiality while interpreting

Requirements:
- Fluency in at least two languages, including English and Danish
- Excellent listening, concentration, memory, and note-taking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong research skills to prepare for each event
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Professionalism and adaptability in various settings
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes

Salary:
Starting salary of $1500 per month with potential increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Aarhus, Denmark. Relocation assistance is not provided.
