We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and construction of various land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting land surveys to gather information on topography, boundaries, and other features of the land
- Using specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and drones to collect accurate data
- Preparing and analyzing survey data to create detailed maps and reports
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Conducting research and analyzing legal documents to determine property boundaries
- Communicating with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while working on site

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and drones
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for interpreting data
- Familiarity with CAD software is preferred
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with opportunities for professional growth within our company. This position is open for Indian nationals who can speak English fluently. Accommodation will not be provided but we do offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
