Project Manager (Jerusalem, Israel)
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of projects in our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline. Your main duties will include creating project plans, identifying and managing risks, coordinating resources, and communicating project progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time position based in Jerusalem with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resources
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications in project management
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
Experience: Previous experience as a Project Manager or similar role
Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, excellent communication and leadership skills, knowledge of project management methodologies
