Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and innovative Architectural Designer to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing conceptual designs, producing detailed construction drawings, and managing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs for various architectural projects.
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits as needed to oversee the progress of construction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology.

Salary: $900 per month
