Senior Architectural Designer


Our architecture firm in Monte-Carlo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of various architectural projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new projects, including conceptualization, space planning, and material selection
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of junior designers to ensure high-quality work
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong design portfolio showcasing previous projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)
- Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects
- Fluency in French (preferred but not required)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

This position is located in Monte-Carlo.
