Temporary Restaurant Manager


We are currently seeking a Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As our temporary manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, and staff management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and hosts/hostesses
- Create work schedules and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials
- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have valid work permit for Denmark

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is 1600$ per month. Accommodation may be provided if needed.
