Assistant Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herning. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. Your main responsibility will be to assist with managing and overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, customer service, and finances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting, training, and supervising staff members
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with creating schedules for staff members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Help develop marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Herning.
