Entry Level Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients in Multan. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Communicate with clients to understand their technical issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with senior support specialists to resolve complex problems
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Quick learner with a passion for technology

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Multan, but may require occasional travel within the city.
