Job Title: Entry-level Commercial Architect

As an entry-level commercial architect, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of commercial buildings and spaces. Your main duties will include conducting site visits, creating detailed drawings and plans, and collaborating with senior architects on project proposals. This is a contract position based in the beautiful city of Funchal, open to all nationalities with a valid biometric passport.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field and a strong understanding of design principles. While experience is not required for this role, any previous experience in architecture or construction would be beneficial. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with conducting site visits to gather information for project proposals
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop project proposals
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Attend meetings to present designs and discuss project progress
- Ensure all projects adhere to budget constraints and timelines

Requirements:
