Administrator for International Company in Oslo

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including organizing and scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence. You will also assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking. Additionally, you may be required to provide administrative support to various departments and handle any other tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of other languages is a plus. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. Prior experience working in an international environment is preferred.
This position offers a competitive salary starting at $1200 per month with the possibility of accommodation provided.
