Contract Office Assistant (Copenhagen)
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Contract Office Assistant in Copenhagen. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily tasks. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month, and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our office staff. You will also be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, as well as maintaining office supplies and equipment. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
