Experienced Fitter in Ashdod, Israel



We are seeking an experienced Fitter to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing and repairing various mechanical systems and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Use hand tools and machines to shape, cut, and bend metal pieces
- Weld or solder parts together
- Install pipes, valves, pumps and other mechanical components
- Test completed installations for functionality
- Repair or replace faulty equipment or parts

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter
- Knowledge of various hand tools and machines used in fitting work
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in confined spaces
- Good communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred
