Senior Architect - Los Angeles

Our architectural firm in Los Angeles is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, including conceptualization, planning, and detailing
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop project proposals and present them to clients
- Oversee project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an architect, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and colleagues
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (candidates must have own visa/work permit)
