Courier Supervisor

The courier supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a team of couriers in Malindi. They are responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents, while maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the performance of couriers, ensuring they meet delivery targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create schedules and assign routes for couriers to ensure timely delivery
- Train new couriers on company procedures and best practices for efficient delivery
- Resolve any issues or complaints from customers regarding deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments received
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by couriers while on the job
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on their deliveries and address any concerns they may have

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or management is preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the courier industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Malindi's geography and traffic patterns is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1200 per month with accommodation provided.
