Courier Delivery Associate


We are seeking a reliable and efficient Courier Delivery Associate to join our team in Malindi. As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to customers in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages and documents to customers according to assigned routes and schedules
- Ensure all packages are delivered on time and in good condition
- Collect payments from customers, when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, signatures, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling packages
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read maps and use GPS devices for navigation
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy packages up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with the Malindi area is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$.
