Senior Architect in Triesen, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects in the city.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans, including drawings and specifications
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to the plans and within budget
- Manage a team of architects and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably with experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve complex design challenges
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Liechtenstein is preferred but not required

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. The working hours are flexible, making it suitable for those looking for part-time jobs. English fluency is required for this position as most communication will be conducted in English.
