Moderator - Karachi, Pakistan



We are seeking a qualified and experienced Moderator to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that online discussions and conversations are kept civil and respectful. This role is suitable for men who have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and conversations on various platforms such as forums, social media, and chat rooms
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a positive and respectful environment
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or offensive content
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving user engagement and participation
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content moderation or community management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective policies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation, remote work options may be available.

Preference:
Preference will be given to male candidates who have their own visa.
