Contract Moderator (Karachi)

As a Contract Moderator in Karachi, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums to ensure they are in line with company policies and guidelines. This includes reviewing user-generated content, responding to user inquiries and concerns, and enforcing community rules.

Your primary goal will be to maintain a positive and safe environment for our online community members, while also promoting engagement and interaction. You will need to have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.

This is a contract position that offers a salary of $1200 per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. As this role involves interacting with users from different backgrounds, having a biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of online communities and their dynamics. Experience moderating online forums or social media platforms is preferred but not required. You should also be familiar with common internet slang and have the ability to identify inappropriate or offensive content.

As a Contract Moderator, you must be able to work independently and make decisions quickly while adhering to company policies and guidelines. You will also need strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks at once.
