Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues, and maintain computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain computer systems by performing updates, backups, and routine maintenance tasks
- Train users on new hardware or software applications
- Document all technical support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with network setup and configuration
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job based in Almada, Portugal. We welcome candidates of any nationality who have the necessary work permit or visa to work in Portugal.
