Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations. Your main goal will be to maintain high standards of quality and consistency while managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus that showcase local ingredients and reflect current food trends
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Train, manage, and schedule kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and specials
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts
- Proficiency in menu planning and cost control
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
