Guest Services Concierge


We are seeking a friendly and organized Guest Services Concierge to join our team in Greenland. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Your main duties will include assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations for tours or activities, and addressing any guest concerns or requests.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are also essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for tours, transportation, or other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up on any outstanding items
- Assist with check-out procedures and ensure accuracy of billing
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Stay up-to-date with local events and recommend activities to guests
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude with a willingness to help others
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player
