Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team at our flower shop in Horsens. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and visually stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral displays according to client preferences and event themes.
- Selecting and purchasing fresh flowers from suppliers.
- Maintaining inventory of floral supplies and equipment.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients by understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times.
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in floral design is preferred but not required.
- A keen eye for color, texture, and detail.
- Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 30lbs).
- Must have a valid work permit/visa for Denmark.
