Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team in Vianden. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to client specifications. Your role will include building user-friendly interfaces, troubleshooting website issues, and ensuring website security. You should have a strong understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with back-end development using PHP or other programming languages. Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with content management systems is also preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing websites based on client needs
- Writing efficient code to create user-friendly interfaces
- Troubleshooting website issues and implementing solutions
- Ensuring website security by regularly performing maintenance and updates
- Collaborating with designers to create visually appealing websites
- Testing the functionality of websites on different browsers and devices
- Optimizing websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Implementing SEO best practices into website development
- Working closely with project managers to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Web Developer working with front-end and back-end technologies
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or other programming languages
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Magento
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred
- Knowledge of SEO principles is an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment

Location: This position is based in Vianden, Luxembourg.

Salary: The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required.
