As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing commercial building projects, ensuring they meet the client's needs and adhere to all building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements and budget constraints
- Developing design concepts that meet the client's needs and vision
- Creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Providing guidance on materials selection and cost-effective solutions for the client
- Conducting site visits as needed throughout the construction process

Salary:
