Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of commercial buildings in Kaunas. You will work closely with senior architects to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or students looking to gain practical experience in the field. This position does not include accommodation and is open to all nationalities.

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of architectural designs for commercial buildings
- Collaborate with senior architects on projects from conceptualization to completion
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings when necessary
- Research materials and products for project specifications
- Ensure that project deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards
