We are in search of hardworking and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Faro. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within our warehouse. Your main duties will include loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
To excel in this position, you should have previous experience working in a warehouse environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a forklift certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will also possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of orders
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate records using inventory management software
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment
- Perform quality control checks on incoming materials
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to order specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues with inventory to management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; forklift certification preferred
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
