We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Mauren, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, including hardware, software, and servers. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of networking protocols and systems administration. While previous experience is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network systems including hardware, software, and servers
- Troubleshoot issues with network connectivity or performance
- Monitor system performance and make necessary upgrades or changes
- Ensure security measures are in place to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement or optimization
- Train junior team members on network protocols and systems administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role (preferred but not required)
- Solid understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP and DNS
- Knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
