Part-Time Architecture Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate architectural projects
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues, and implement solutions
- Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders
- Review project budgets and ensure they are adhered to
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program)
- Previous experience in architecture or project management preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes/regulations
- Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp preferred

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1200$ per month.
