Experienced Handyman in Lom, Bulgaria


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Handyman to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing light bulbs, and fixing leaky faucets
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a related field
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Physically able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Experience working with power tools and other equipment
- Valid driver's license preferred
