A well-established bakery in Chelyabinsk, Russia is seeking a talented and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other treats. We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings
- Ensure all products are fresh and of high quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Keep track of inventory and rotate stock as necessary
- Follow all food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Baker
- Proficient in pastry making techniques
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be fluent in English (Russian language skills is a plus)
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available
