We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at our bakery in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will need to have a strong understanding of different ingredients and their functions in baking, as well as the ability to follow recipes accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure quality and consistency in all products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies need to be restocked
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of different ingredients and their functions in baking
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredient measurements as needed
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
