Database Administrator (La-Condamine, Monaco)

The Database Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating our company's databases to ensure efficient and accurate data storage and retrieval. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain databases for our company's various systems and applications
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes or improvements
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure data security and availability
- Collaborate with IT team to enhance database functionality and optimize data processing
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and implementing proper security measures
- Train employees on proper database usage and provide technical support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Experience with database design, backup/recovery strategies, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python is a plus
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1100/month
