Senior Architect - Aarhus, Denmark



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects, including conceptualization, development of design concepts, and production of construction documents
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule
- Oversee the work of junior architects and other team members to ensure that all designs meet company standards
- Work closely with contractors to review project plans and address any issues or concerns
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This is a contract job located in Aarhus, Denmark. Accommodation will be provided.
