Online Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Randers. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and assistance to customers, helping them with any queries or concerns they may have. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive image of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
- Assisting customers with navigating our website and online services
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Providing guidance and advice on product selection, features, and pricing
- Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our company's products and services
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and trends in order to provide informed recommendations to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Online Consultant or Customer Service Representative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using online tools and platforms for customer support such as chatbots, email ticketing systems, etc.
- Fluent in English (additional languages would be an advantage)
- Must have own visa/work permit for employment in Randers
