English Language Tutor

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate English Language Tutor to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an English Language Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individual or group tutoring sessions to students of all ages and levels. The ideal candidate should be a native English speaker with excellent communication skills and the ability to create engaging lesson plans. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual or group tutoring sessions based on the needs of each student
- Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and levels
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and conversational skills in the English language
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Utilize various teaching materials such as textbooks, online resources, and interactive activities
- Create a positive learning environment that fosters growth and encourages active participation from students
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share ideas and improve teaching methods

Requirements:
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus)
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred but not required
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed
